Are your products vegan?
Yes, every single Naked Bakery products is completely vegan. As a precaution we state that our products may contain traces of milk due to some ingredients sharing equipment.
Are your products gluten free?
Yes, our products are gluten free and are made on a gluten free line. Some products contain ‘uncontaminated oats’ (Muesli Harvest Cookie), which by FSANZ legislation must be declared as an allergen which is why we label “May contain traces of gluten”.

Are your products made with sugar?
We use natural sugars such as coconut sugar, rapadura sugar, maple syrup, brown rice syrup, and organic raw sugar. Some of our cookies contain chocolate chips which have sugar in them - we believe everything should be enjoyed in moderation! We don’t like to use artificial sweeteners as we wouldn’t eat them ourselves – we would rather eat sugar from a plant!
Are your products made in Australia?
Yes, all of our products are made in our own factory in Sydney.
Do your products need to be refrigerated?
Our products are stable at room temperature; however, our chocolate coated items are best kept below 18 degrees to avoid melting.
Why are my muffins hard?
As we use clean, natural ingredients without any fillers or additives, when muffins are exposed to air they can lose their softness. Although we bake muffins daily, this is simply a sign that our products contain nothing but very pure and natural ingredients! Our muffins are best enjoyed by heating for 30-60 seconds prior to devouring – toast them, microwave them, fry them, be creative!
Is my chocolate okay to eat if there are white bits on them?
We try our best to perfect our products, but as chocolate is heat-sensitive during transportation some natural imperfections may appear including: cracking, discolouration (chocolate bloom), melting or dullness. Although they can be perfectly imperfect, they will taste just as good!
Is your packaging recyclable?
We are always trying to improve our relationship with the planet! Our wrappers, boxes, labels and cartons are all recyclable.

We sure do! We are stocked at cafes, health food stores, delis and restaurants. Send us your details via the wholesale page and we will be in touch.
Terms & Conditions
Our products are shipped by priority couriers and we use ice packs in summer to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. We do not take responsibility for melted producs.
We will deliver the products to the address provided; it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address. We provide a tracking number once the items have been shipped.
We do not take responsibility whatsoever if you do not receive your order as a result of providing the incorrect delivery details.
Please ensure someone is at the delivery location to receive the package; we will not take responsibility for packages left unattended.
We pride ourselves on giving you the best quality products, and we take all issues relating to quality very seriously. If you purchased a product that doesn’t taste right, or tastes different to how it usually does, please email us at email@example.com with the name of the product, the lot number, and a picture. Our team will use this information to investigate further and ensure we resolve the issue in the best possible way for you.
We will fully refund the cost of any products if one of the criteria below applies:
- The products are not what you ordered
- The delivery is of incorrect quantity
- If you have not received the products ordered (other than providing incorrect delivery details)
We will arrange for the products to be returned to us. We have the right to make any refund due in whatever way we choose. Please see our terms and conditions for further information. By submitting an order on this website, you are agreeing to the terms that appear on our Purchase contract.
